10th Station: Jesus is stripped of his clothes

We Adore You, O Christ, and We Praise You!

Because By Your Holy Cross You Have Saved The World.

And when they came to a place called Golgotha (which means Place of the Skull), they gave Jesus wine to drink mixed with gall.   But when he had tasted it, he refused to drink.  After they had crucified him, they divided his garments by casting lots; (Matthew 27:33-35)

Pause and reflect on the Scripture

Let Us Pray:

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy name,
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you among women
and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit;  as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.  Amen.
